Mike has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal trial and appellate courts, before government agencies, administrative bodies, and in arbitrations, mediating and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Mike aggressively represents clients in a wide variety of litigation cases, including business and commercial litigation, collections, real estate cases, employment matters, estate and probate litigation, family law disputes, and many other types of civil disputes. Mike works hard to achieve success for his clients prior to trial, but also has the necessary expertise to take the case to trial when it is in the best interest of the client.
